When we created Bad Jew BBQ, we made sure that the ingredient list was simple and clean. Only the highest quality Kosher products go into our sauce, and we use only pure sugar, no High Fructose Corn Syrup. We kept the sugar content low, as well as the sodium, so you can enjoy a little bit extra sauce without the extra baggage.

We think food should be made with integrity, we like to see and support family farms. We love farmers markets, pastured meats, and food that is in season. We certainly respect people that keep a dietary code, whether they are Vegetarians, Kosher-keepers, or anything else .
